Hey Tiff. Has been a long time since we talk about this, isn´t. Nice article by the way. I think you totally nailed it....

The other day I was watching a TV show about cuisine in Europe and how France and Italy became the main gastronomic referents in the world. The interesting thing was that their argument was that this happened thanks to the extreme periods of hunger those countries suffered after WWI and WWII. They had to be creative, so they can eat.... I agree with you when you said that´s the situation here, Latam will never have the budgets that Europe or the US have to produce TV spots, so that´s why we needed to be more creative in other fields so we can maximize the budgets of our clients.
